There are a number of ways these extractors can be used for crystal healing, Pranic cleansing, Reiki and chakra clearing. Here are a few suggestions, but use your own intuition to determine the method that works best for you.
- Clearing chakra: Hold the wider base of the Extractor Needle. Make small circular movements in counter-clockwise with the command to absorb, draw, disintegrate, and pull in the negative energy or blockage from the chakra. Continue until you feel the crystal has absorbed all it can, then point it into a portal, a bowl of salt water, or crystals such as black tourmaline, kyanite, or selenite to clear the extractor of the negative energy it gathered. Repeat as needed.
- Use the sharp tip of the extractor at the major meridian points to stimulate the flow of energy thru the body similar to acupressure.
- Cleaning a room or environment of negative energy: Walk slowing around the room holding the extractor needle by the wider base. Collect any negative energy through the tip and into the crystal, then clear it as in 1) above. Repeat as needed until the room is clear. This method can be used as an alternative to sage or other smudging materials.
- Self Healing: The pranic or Reiki therapist can program the Extractor Needle to absorb all the negative energy from your own system, just by putting it in your dominant hand. Leave for two minutes or more clearing the crystal as described in 1) above.
